“DJ SPOON” - REMIXING AT ITS BEST

DJ Spoon, based in Decatur, Georgia, has been a presence in the Atlanta music scene since 1989. He began his career DJing for local rap groups and parties, gaining recognition through performances with local artist at events like the Jack the Rapper conference in Atlanta. His influence extended nationwide, with notable performances at Howard University’s Homecoming(90’s)in Washington, DC; Boston, MA; Denver, CO; and the Kappa Luau at Florida A&M University in Tallahassee(98), FL.

In recent years, DJ Spoon has focused on remixing and producing original beats. His previous project, "Fresh the Mix," (“FRESH The Album”)featured remixes of artists such as Mystikal, OutKast, Fantasia, Young Jeezy, Yo Gotti, Lil Wayne, and Erykah Badu. This album introduces the innovative "MixCard" format, offering over three hours of content, including classic DJ-Spoon mixes, radio mixes, and video content.
